About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our chemical manufacturing business by engaging prospective and existing customers. This role focuses on managing inbound leads, making outbound sales calls, maintaining assigned territories, and meeting established sales goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, manufacturing, industrial sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales in a business to business environment
  • High attention to detail and customer focus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound sales calls
  • Maintain assigned territory and keep customers informed on products, pricing, and new offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
  • Provide product and technical information (specs, materials, lead times)
  • Coordinate with Production, Lab, Purchasing, Shipping and Quality teams
  • Process quotes and orders accurately using ERP/CRM systems
  • Track sales activity, customer communication, and market trends
  • Support field sales representatives as needed
