About The Position

Platte Valley Auto in Kearney is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing dealership. We are an automotive leader in Central Nebraska and would like to continue to build that brand by adding quality individuals to our team. What you'll do: Building relationships & creating customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. As leads come in, you use your phone skills and sales expertise to turn prospects into happy customers. Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new & pre-owned vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure complete satisfaction and referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours, as well as Saturdays
Driven and ready to be developed professionally
Great Communication skills with all types of customers
Team Player working to develop relationships with coworkers and close deals
Professional and well-groomed appearance
