Requirements
- 1+ year of roofing sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule – available evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients via door-to-door, referrals, and local networking
- Perform roof inspections and assess storm damage
- Educate homeowners about roofing materials, insurance claims, and options
- Provide accurate project estimates and timelines
- Work closely with project managers and crews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Generate and manage new business relationships
- Run assigned leads promptly and thoroughly
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project
- Follow and uphold company standards and processes
