Roofing Project Supervisor (Residential Exteriors) Know roofing? Ready to run your own jobs? We're looking for a Roofing Project Supervisor to take ownership of residential projects from install to completion. If you've been in the field and want more responsibility (and better pay), this is the next step. M&M Home Remodeling Services has been serving homeowners across Illinois and Northwest Indiana for over 50 years. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and doors-and we're continuing to grow.
Requirements
- Roofing or exterior remodeling experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable on roofs and job sites daily
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or crew oversight experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing installs and exterior projects
- Manage subcontractors and crews onsite
- Handle job walkthroughs and final inspections
- Ensure quality, safety, and timeline execution
- Work directly with homeowners when needed
