Requirements

• Roofing or exterior remodeling experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable on roofs and job sites daily

• Leadership or crew oversight experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing installs and exterior projects
• Manage subcontractors and crews onsite
• Handle job walkthroughs and final inspections
• Ensure quality, safety, and timeline execution
• Work directly with homeowners when needed
