This role involves selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 -- 999 employees. The Sales Representative will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast their sales pipeline. ADP supports this role with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set up for success in managing a book of business. The position primarily involves selling in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles, and seeing deals through implementation until the new business is up and running.
