Walsworth is a top-five book and magazine printer, a catalog printer, and the only family-owned printer of yearbooks. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial Sales team. Training for this role will be based out of our Walsworth – Fulton, Walsworth – Marceline, Walsworth – Ripon and/or Walsworth – Saint Joseph locations. This role does not have any direct reports. This role will report to a Commercial Sales Manager. Job Summary: As a Walsworth Commercial Sales Representative, you will participate in a paid, 6-month sales training program designed to equip you with foundational Print Industry knowledge and an overview of Walsworth’s printing process, products, departments and Commercial Sales practices aimed to assist you in creating a sales pipeline that will help you accomplish your professional and personal goals. Upon completion of the 6-month Sales Development Program, you will be fully equipped to start your Walsworth Commercial Sales Representative career! What You’ll Learn: Printing processes and techniques Print materials and applications How Walsworth estimates print project costs How to communicate client requirements to production and leadership teams Who are Walsworth’s competitors and in what products Basic project management principles Industry and market trends Salesforce software and key performance indicators (KPIs)
