About The Position

Sales Reporting Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring accurate reporting. Manages processes, critical data, analyzing trends, and providing strategic insights. Provides a broad range of analytical and strategic support to the Insurance management team. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5 pm The pay range for this position in Providence, Rhode Island is $25.00 - $31.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees, and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly commissions and/or bonuses. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years Sales Administration required
  • 3+ years Administrative or Coordinator Experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential assistance to the sales team, senior management and executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate, analyze, and interpret a diverse range of reports, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Compile and research relevant information for Sales Managers, Senior Management and Executives and across different regions, calculating data as needed to support strategic planning and sales initiatives.
  • Manage files to ensure organized records for easy reference and efficient workflow within the organization.
  • Partners with the Insurance Marketing team, responsible for implementing and administering processes informed by data analysis.
  • Leverage systems like Epic and insurance transaction platforms for documentation, reporting, tracking, and efficient report delivery.
  • Ensure quality control for web quotes, monitor sales processes, and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Establish professional relationships with AAA Insurance staff.
  • Working alongside Marketing Data Analysts, develop and analyze targeted reports to support business development initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy of business line information in SharePoint, and that the information is up to date.
  • This involves managing and maintaining lead assignments lists, staff listings, branch responsibilities, and phone extensions for agents.
  • Manages class registration forms, process expense reports, invoices for approval and track incentives on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in managing projects from inception to completion; drive and facilitate effective project and program prioritization and execution.
  • Develops, with management, organizational strategies by identifying and researching issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
  • Coordinate bi-annual Agent Sales Meetings, promoting collaboration and strategic alignment.
