About The Position

NinjaOne is looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Reporting & Analytics Analyst with a take-charge attitude and collaborative, cross-functional approach to building and producing comprehensive, actionable data reporting & insights. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Reporting & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for driving sales growth through sales reporting & analytics, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting data-focused initiatives for our sales teams globally. As the Sales Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you should be organized, efficient, and comfortable working cross-functionally with various management levels, in a fast-paced organization . You have experience in supporting a SaaS Sales organization from a reporting & analytics perspective . You also have a talent for synthesizing data into consumable reporting and are comfortable working with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (In the office 3 days per week Mon day , Tues day , and Thurs day)

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Reporting & Analytics role
  • 2+ years supporting a SaaS Sales Organization
  • Self-starter and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel, Salesforce reporting experience
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a passion to improve processes

Nice To Haves

  • experience with SQL and visualization tools ( i.e. Tableau) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and improve the current sales reporting program in collaboration with key stakeholders and by driving organization and efficiency
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs
  • Analyze and present sales data to provide recommendations and insights to drive success and proactively identify potential issues in our business
  • Provide support for weekly forecasting, pipeline management & hygiene, and funnel views, in addition to ad-hoc requests
  • Support GTM initiatives, segmentation , and territory planning, etc .
  • Other duties as needed
