About The Position

ASI is the largest global provider of technology B2B services for the $26.1 billion promotional products industry (branding and marketing). This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. ASI is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support the Data Intelligence department in the creation of new reports, used for business intelligence and client-facing ROI analysis. Reporting to the Manager, Data Intelligence, the Reporting Analyst will compile data and produce ongoing monthly reporting and assist in the creation of reporting templates and databases to support incoming reporting requests. The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 - 2 years of professional working experience
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience with Access and/or SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • SAP Business Objects, Power BI, and/or Tableau experience a plus
  • VBA experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated data processes and strategies to support reporting.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation by reviewing reports, lists, and metrics produced by team members to ensure data accuracy based on request methodology.
  • Coordinates circulation for magazines – maintain circulation promise and act as the lead to interact with internal teams and the third party fulfillment company.
  • Quality assuring internal reports to ensure consistency in logic and accuracy of metrics.
  • Uses Access and Excel to pull and manipulate key data points for analysis.
  • Coordinate detailed and actionable metrics for our customers that help tell a story of how the marketing efforts are driving business goals.
  • Proactively identifies and documents data issues and provides potential solutions.
