About The Position

Our products protect human life and personal property, improve the quality of life, generate economic prosperity, and connect society. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Outside Sales Representative for the Tri-County region, to be based out of the Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach area. This exempt position will report directly to regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
- At least five years of successful sales and business development experience from the building industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to have deep business discussions with customers
- Technically oriented and computer literate
- Desire to win and produce results
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for the past seven years

- College degree a plus
- Experienced in market analytics and planning
- Demonstrated leadership/managerial potential
- Demonstrated talent to be innovative and creative
Responsibilities
- Sell ready mix concrete and concrete block
- Develop, analyze, and maintain market intelligence
- Network, build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally
- Promotional activities and trade association involvement
