About The Position

Spectrum Painting , located in Pompton Lakes, NJ, is seeking a full-time Sales Rep - Estimator to join our growing team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 5+ years of experience in painting, construction, or related trade sales/estimating Experience in sales, estimating, one- to two call close process, and in-house sales Strong understanding of painting processes, coatings, surface prep, and production rates Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable using estimating software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or equivalents Fluent in English Self-motivated with an upbeat attitude At least two years of sales and estimating experience, and trade or industry experience is a plus. Keep reading to learn more about this position! DAY-TO-DAY The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed . In this role, you'll spend your days meeting clients, conducting on-site consultations, and crafting accurate estimates that turn visions into reality. You'll close deals, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with operations to ensure every project runs smoothly. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 5+ years of experience in painting, construction, or related trade sales/estimating
  • Experience in sales, estimating, one- to two call close process, and in-house sales
