As a Sales Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a high performing sales recruiting organization by leading, developing, and enabling a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Account Executive, SDR, ADR or BDR, Sales Engineering, and Sales Leadership roles. Your primary focus will be setting recruiting strategy, driving execution, and coaching recruiters to consistently deliver top tier sales talent. You will partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to align hiring priorities with growth targets, and use your market insight and leadership experience to scale a recruiting engine that supports the companyâs next stage of growth.
