Retool is looking for an exceptional Sales Recruiter to help build and scale our go-to-market organization. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of hiring high-impact sales talent across Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership roles and more. As Retool continues to grow and power mission-critical tools for some of the world’s best teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people who drive our revenue and customer success. You’ll partner closely with Sales and GTM leaders to lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and pipeline strategy through closing candidates. You’ll develop a deep understanding of Retool’s product, customers, and vision, and translate that into a compelling story for candidates. Along the way, you’ll bring best practices to sales hiring, iterate on what’s working, and use data and metrics to guide decisions and surface risks early. Beyond managing pipelines, you’ll act as a trusted thought partner to hiring managers at varying stages of growth. You’ll help them define roles, calibrate talent, and build teams that can scale effectively—ultimately ensuring the sales organization has the people it needs to execute on Retool’s ambitious goals.
