About The Position

Shamrock is looking for a Bilingual Sales Recruiter to join the recruiting team. This position is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands. The corporate recruiter will focus on helping to develop and execute a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top-level candidates. An ideal candidate will be extremely perceptive and able to relate to and develop relationships with individuals at all levels. This is an in-office, performance-based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization
  • 2+ years experience in sales recruiting preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
  • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish (must be able to speak, read and write both languages - business vocabulary required)

Responsibilities

  • Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates
  • Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.
  • Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process
  • Other duties as assigned
