About The Position

Direct Mail Solutions (DMS) , a full-service mail company in Richmond, VA, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of employment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies. You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and onboarding new hires. You'll be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensure a strong fit. Once a candidate is selected, you'll extend the offer and guide them through the final steps of the hiring process. You'll also maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conduct turnover analysis, and help support workforce retention by coordinating exit interviews when needed. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), internet searches, and email platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment a plus
  • Comfortable using social media and networking tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
