This role is within the Demand Sales business. The role will be critical to the overall KBL short-, medium- and long-term strategy in developing and driving our trade strategy and operational excellence within retail outlets and distributors. The role also partners closely with global and local participants to define country requirements and translate them into user stories. It provides ongoing training and upskilling to support sustained user capability and readiness. This role functions within a flexible project environment to maintain sprint and daily delivery schedules. It ensures timely, full outcomes while partnering with distributors on system setup and optimization. It owns end-to-end adoption, performance, and stability of EDGE, 365 DMS and TRAX, including KPI tracking and reporting, system deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring measurable business outcomes while ensuring stakeholder management both internally and externally.
