About The Position

The Commercial HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, educational markets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, consultive selling skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC commercial sales
  • Effective communication, persuasion and follow up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Promote and sell HVAC, BAS, and Electrical maintenance agreements to commercial customers.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate client needs.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of routine HVAC maintenance.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track leads and sales for monthly reporting.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Other duties assigned
