About The Position

Underground Solutions (UGS) has an opening for a Product Manager. The Product Manager – Weko Seal is a key member of the Underground Solutions business team, responsible for driving growth and market adoption of the Weko Seal product line in the U.S. and globally with a primary focus on municipal and industrial water, storm and wastewater pipeline rehabilitation solutions. Underground Solutions is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 years of sales experience within the water or infrastructure industry, preferably with pipeline rehabilitation solutions
  • Proven track record of working with municipal owners, industrial clients, and engineering firms to specify products for large-scale projects
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pipeline rehabilitation products or sealing solutions preferred
  • Established network within the municipal and industrial water infrastructure industry-both domestic and international, as well as knowledge of relevant industry standards and specification processes preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM

Responsibilities

  • This role combines strategic product management with direct sales and business development efforts, targeting utilities, municipal owners, industrial clients, contractors, and engineering firms to help provide a viable solution to their problem
  • Own the entire lifecycle of each project—from identifying opportunities, setting up project requirements, booking orders, and monitoring customer satisfaction and future needs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Weko Seal business segment within the Underground Solutions portfolio, specifically targeting municipal and industrial water, storm and wastewater sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with utilities, municipal owners, industrial clients, contractors and engineering consultants
  • Own the full project lifecycle: proactively find new projects, set up project requirements and teams, and drive efforts to win projects through technical support, product education, and direct engagement with decision-makers
  • Act as the primary product expert and advocate, providing input on product enhancements and market needs to internal teams
  • Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposal development, and customer meetings
  • Leverage existing Underground Solutions sales team for geographic support
  • Monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Represent Weko Seal and Underground Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars
  • Travel to visit customers, job sites, attend conferences, and industry events
