Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As part of the Kingsford/Brita Sales team, you will provide support by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales-related data. Additionally, you will monitor sales trends to identify opportunities or challenges that enable team's delivery of volume and AMPS (Advertising, Merchandising, Promo & Shelving) results. In this role, you will: Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 20% Drive the Business: Contributes to business planning for the Brita/Kingsford BU. Works with cross-functional partners and customer/field teams to bring the Sales perspective into the BU. Create and update complex reports for sales planning team, BU project teams and customer teams. Create reports that support a broad range of internal stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Business Insights Group, Demand Planning, Analytic Insights, etc.). 30% Customer Planning and Business Analysis: Provides input into Brita/Kingsford business plan, while integrating customer plans as appropriate. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities. Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation and forecasting. 30% Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Kingsford/Brita organization. Communicate findings with wide variety of stakeholders including sales planning teams, internal BU functions, field sales/ customer teams, and Clorox leadership. 20%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years of CPG experience
  • Proficient on key Sales analytical tools (ex. Circana, Numerator Promo/Insights, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to own projects from start to finish while leveraging inputs from a wide range of stakeholders
