About The Position

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Support & collaborate to fulfill Quarterly forecasts, Annual budgets, Variance analysis with capture of exceptional items Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results versus forecast and budget Prepare management reports, real time dashboards and executive presentations Perform variance analysis Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deliver Operations, HR Ops, and Deliver Ops Assist in maintaining Action tracker with visibility and alignment with actual results Improve reporting processes by smart techniques Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting 2 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Strong analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus Preferred Skills Experience supporting senior leaders Experience in a fast-paced and fulfilling real time ad hoc requests from leaders Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $66,700 - $123,900. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
