About The Position

The Senior Sales Analyst is a critical support role on the Food Sales Planning team, who uses data to enable efficient processes and deliver actionable insights that drive growth. The SSA will be responsible for driving optimized reporting solutions that both ensure a clear understanding of our business trends for a range of cross-functional teams, and enable the business to better support our customers' evolving needs. In this role, you will: In this role, you will: Create new or edit existing reporting templates as needed to support a range of internal stakeholders while independently gathering and interpreting data and identifying business drivers and opportunities. Deliver regular reporting communications to Sales Planning & Business Unit leadership team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance of insights. Contribute to building bi-annual Business Plan for Field Sales teams to bring Food BU strategy to life. Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation launches and forecasting. Analyze and communicate headwinds, tailwinds, and actionable opportunities to help the sales team focus efforts and adjust tactics. Act as a right-hand partner to the Customer Sales Planning managers and sales director, supporting real-time customer tracking, performance updates, and planning needs. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Sales Planning, Field Sales, and/or CPG experience
  • Strong knowledge of applications including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient working with sales analytical tools like Circana
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey business recommendations to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a broader team environment, including cross-functional and customer team counterparts
  • Experience with building, executing, and optimizing business plans and category reporting to achieve and monitor results
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests
