About The Position

The Manager, Sales Planning & Communications plays a critical role in enabling our customer teams to deliver growth by ensuring they have the right tools, information and organizational communications effectively manage their customer accounts.   This role acts as the central hub for Sales Planning—owning the master commercial calendar, coordinating sales materials for customer meetings, and guiding the flow of communication across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Corporate Communications, etc.  A key responsibility will be building, maintaining, and continuously improving the Sales  SharePoint Portal—the go-to resource for customer-facing materials, innovation launch assets, product information and commercial updates.  The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional partnership is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Communications, or related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in edible grocery.
  • Demonstrated experience building, managing, and administrating sales tools
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines across functions and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level and customer-facing presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment supporting Sales and Customer Development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, organization, and distribution of Sales Planning materials, including AOP decks, DSMPs, customer selling stories, go-to-market toolkits, activation and promotional calendars.
  • Maintain and govern the Bonduelle Growth Team Master Calendar, including AOP timelines, customer meetings, customer reset windows, trade events and internal planning cycles.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Category & Insights, Marketing, and Customer Strategy & Planning teams to ensure alignment of priorities and integration of insights into planning tools.
  • Support customer teams with presentation development, meeting preparation, and high-quality sales collateral for strategic customer engagements.
  • Own the Sales Communications process, developing and distributing clear and timely updates on innovation, quality notices, product changes, pricing updates, promotional programs, and internal announcements.
  • Serve as the administrator and content owner for the Sales SharePoint Portal, responsible for site structure, content management, document libraries, and version control.
  • Build and maintain “one source of truth” for sales tools, customer-ready assets, sell sheets, product spec information, and launch materials.
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance portal functionality, searchability, and user experience.
  • Develop templates, toolkits, and communication frameworks for customer-facing and broker communications.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales and cross-functional partners including Marketing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Legal, PR/Corporate Communications, and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate the flow of information related to product changes, packaging updates, quality notices, regulatory items, and innovation readiness.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure  has visibility into upcoming sales team and customer needs
