The Role: JCDecaux is currently seeking a Sales Planner, who will report to the VP of Regional Sales and will be responsible for supporting our account executives with the daily sales process. This is a full-time position based in our Dallas office and will operate in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Supports 2-3 Account Executives – Supports sales in all daily tasks as directed. Assists with the overflow of the other Account Executives.
  • Works with Airport President on an as needed basis.
  • Works with all internal JCDecaux departments facilitating sales process through the system, making decisions when and where appropriate on timely issues relating to ad programs for all airport products.
  • Tracks due dates and stays on top of all parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Updates and checks for accuracy of all contracts that are given to clients.
  • Completes appropriate paperwork for sales flow.
  • Forwards creative information for approval after receipt of pdfs.
  • Will develop an ongoing working knowledge of the HIVE & VIOOH system to book campaigns, request avails, create posting instructions, and distribute key information to Sales Administration, etc.
  • Troubleshoots daily issues - Computer glitches, client issues/needs.
  • Generates locations lists and maps for client/agencies on all products.
  • Keeps up-to-date progress chart of advertisers’ timelines for AE.
  • Creates detailed presentation decks in PowerPoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.
