What You’ll Do: In this role you will oversee state recruiting and development of Agents and Agency Managers as well as drive the development of goals and strategies through the state by coordinating sales meetings, and monitoring agent performance through metrics, coaching and analysis. In addition, you will also prepare departmental communications, travel arranges and expense reports while also monitoring budgets and action plans.
