The Area Sales Performance Manager directs a team within assigned area of responsibility. Leads all forms of ancillary revenue and customer service within assigned area. Identifies revenue and service opportunities and develops and executes growth strategies. Trains and coaches RSPMs and Field Management, in implementing appropriate processes and methods to achieve and exceed goals. Partner with North American Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and IT to develop plans and programs focused on operational and service excellence and the respective training and communication needed to achieve the company’s financial, strategic and Customer Led objectives. Participates in and may organize and control the activities of project teams, assigning personnel to the various aspects of the project and directing their activities. Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to transition great customer “ideas” to execution and implementation. Responsible and accountable for the ultimate project achievement and relative metrics for success. Assists in the management of all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Participates in and may coordinate project related activities with other functional groups or external vendors.
