About The Position

The Inside Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for actively growing sales revenue of small to large tier accounts as well as managing and maintaining existing business at specified accounts. He/she works directly with customers to provide support for the Sales and Operations teams by delivering technical support and interpretation of customer requests for services.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of relevant administrative/sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receives all inbound service calls from existing and new accounts to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Tracks call outcomes and opportunities to identify trends for customer service improvements.
  • Provide pre-sales support to customers by discussing deliverable products and services for their business.
  • Maintains knowledge of ThedaCare products and services.
  • Efficiently manages information systems including entry and maintenance of company profiles.
  • Coordinates renewals for small to medium group customers.
  • Supports marketing activities under the direction of Sales or Operations leader.
  • Acts as a liaison between Operations and customer.
  • Provides customer service by responding to frequent and potentially complex questions from internal and external customers in a timely, positive, and professional manner.
  • Works as a partner with team members and demonstrates willingness to do whatever needs to be done to meet the needs of the customer or department.
