Whom we refer to as the Sponsor Success Manager, to help ensure independent voices are heard. Do you love the voice of WAMU 88.5 | American University Radio? Are you looking for the opportunity to bring your love for process, problem solving and customer services to the industry you already love, we need to talk! We are looking for a quick-thinking problem-solver to join our post-sales ad ops team to work along side our market leader, sales team and media planner to ensure our client’s messages are delivered problem free.

Requirements

An aptitude for sales support or operational support role.
A love for customer service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and media partners.
An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales

Responsibilities

Understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures to successfully execute client campaigns.
Ensure the execution of client campaigns and proactively communicate to the sales team is knowledgeable of client’s on-air schedules, billing, and problem resolution.
Enter and revise orders in the traffic system.
Perform month end reconciliation.
Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps.
