Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization. At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets. Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast. Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
