This person will lead assigned projects and programs in close collaboration with all LHR departments, especially Construction, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. The primary focus will be on sales in the Missouri region, the coordination of all homeowners, where responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of programs and projects from start to finish. The Program Manager will focus on strategy, development, and the implementation of sales strategies to streamline and improve workflows. You will work with multiple project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals and objectives are met, and driving overall growth and success. This person will play a pivotal role in the development of LHR market share in the Central portion of the USA. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands an HOA and has knowledge of or is willing to learn the entire disaster cycle of preparedness, response, and recovery. Keen attention to detail and efficient communication skills will contribute to the operation and growth of our business.
