As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the trusted partner of the sales leaders in building go-to-market strategy as well as optimizing the effectiveness of the sales organization through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics, preferably in a software/SaaS company
  • Expertise in using SFDC CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with software sales cycles, especially SaaS or B2B.
  • Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
  • Directly manage and coach a Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategy, territory planning and quota setting
  • Support sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs performance management, Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and trends and generate actionable insights
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Identify gaps in sales processes and sales operations processes to recommend improvements
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline sales operations
  • Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues impacting the sales team
  • Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
