This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sales Operations to lead and support our global Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day operational excellence, ensuring compliance with deal policies, improving processes, and partnering cross‑functionally to support the sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk roles.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing and developing teams within Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to navigate CRM and CPQ tools to locate data and initiate operational requests.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize daily work for the Sales Operations team.
  • Monitor workload distribution across regions; ensure all SLAs for internal requests are met.
  • Provide coaching and training on CRM, CPQ, and deal desk processes.
  • Enforce global deal policies and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Partner with the Director, Deal Desk to review escalated deals, quotes, approvals, and exception requests.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline end‑to‑end operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards on team performance and deal metrics.
  • Serve as primary point of escalation between Sales Operations and cross‑functional partners.
  • Communicate policy updates, process changes, and operational enhancements to internal stakeholders.
