We’ve historically grown around 15% month over month and are planning to 4x ARR next year, driven primarily by net-new sales. To support this growth, we are significantly increasing headcount across SDRs and AEs and continuing to invest in our go-to-market infrastructure. We operate in person, move quickly, and expect people to be hands-on. This is an execution-heavy environment where systems are built, tested, and refined in real time. We work hard, hold a high bar, and celebrate wins together, including company-wide trips. (Last year, the entire company spent a week in Hawaii). As Sales Operations Manager you will: Help build and run the operational foundation of our GTM organization. This is a hands-on builder role, not a strategy-only or delegation-heavy position
