The Sales Operations Manager is a key point of contact between internal departments and sales, promoting teamwork and maintaining an amicable communication style.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience (Sales, Business Development, etc.)

  • Managed customer pricing in internal and external systems.
  • Research and integrate data from several sources to find market opportunities and generate insights.
  • Strategic and tactical execution.
  • Use both internal and external resources to drive corporate growth.
  • Maintaining and improving data, systems, and expertise.
  • Sales support focused on certain categories.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to produce sales presentations with the Innovation team.
  • Conducts customer meetings, delivers presentations, and serves as the category expert.
