About The Position

We have an exciting Sales Operations Manager opportunity in our Northwest Arkansas office. In this highly impactful role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Walmart and Sam’s Club by executing sales initiatives, optimizing digital presence, and ensuring flawless item launches. This role blends operational excellence with customer-focused strategies to strengthen brand visibility and accelerate sales growth. At Seaboard Foods, we create the most sought-after pork. Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 Years + experience selling value-added and branded pork in the retail channel.
  • Proficiency in Retail Link (IDM, Supplier 1, Engage, ProSpec) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and apply insights to sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or AG business, master’s degree a plus
  • High level of fresh meat and further processed knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead new item setup and execution for Walmart and Sam’s Club, ensuring speed to market and accuracy to meet customer demand.
  • Optimize online content and manage customer reviews to enhance engagement and brand perception.
  • Collaborate with Walmart Connect to develop targeted digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Build and implement sales plans that support new item launches and deliver measurable category growth.
  • Manage strategic projects that align with business objectives and improve customer experience across channels.
  • Support Sales Presentations and Product Cuttings/Shows for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
