The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the process to develop and implement improved strategies and tactics to ensure business continuity, revenue acceleration, and operational excellence across the sales organization. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and serves as the central data and process engine for a channel-driven growth model, and 30% YoY expansion. The Sales Operations Manager will drive measurable improvements in Data Hygiene, Deal Velocity, Forecasting, Territory Planning, and Performance Analytics while acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product. This role owns Zoho Sales CRM administration, pipeline integrity, and cross-functional alignment to support organic and inorganic growth.
