Sales Operations at You.com enables our go-to-market teams to run with precision and confidence. This role manages the systems, forecasting, and renewal processes that power revenue growth across both our API and Enterprise businesses. You’ll own Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring every quote, order, and renewal flows smoothly through our pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to design scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, and support sellers through every stage of the deal cycle. We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, systems-minded, and comfortable working at the intersection of process and strategy. You should thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in building clarity from complexity.
