This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential. The Sales & Operations Manager will work directly with the local owner who operates multiple locations in New Jersey and Florida and is actively expanding to bring efficient, high-quality skincare services to more clients. Requirements

Have 4–5 years of people management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses
Are fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating reports to measure success
Have a proven track record in sales leadership and team development, including implementing detailed processes and demonstrating their impact
Lead with empathy, balancing care for your team and clients with a results-driven, customer-centric mindset
Are passionate about skincare, client experience, and delivering measurable results
Possess strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Are available to work weekends

Responsibilities

Drive performance through membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue.
Create a strong culture of service, accountability, and education.
Coach, motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and center goals.
Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews.
Execute promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
Partner with ownership to support multi-location growth.
