Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related functions.
  • Proven history of designing territories and managing quota setting in a complex or matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Alteryx, SAP, SQL, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Master's degree in business, analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Commercial Ops.
  • Support rollout of tools, reporting, and technologies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Provide direction, prioritization, and resource planning across the team to support evolving business needs.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, professional growth, innovation, and business ownership.
  • Lead change management efforts related to new processes, AI, and operating models to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
