We’re looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our scaling organization. At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Sales Operation Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for implementing and leading sales operations as a member of the National Sales Management Team.
  • Develop and drive the design and implementation of processes and the selection of tools to enable effective sales targeting, planning, execution and forecasting.
  • Calculate monthly sales commissions and report to Finance for accounting and payment.
  • Work with the sales managers in partnership to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: door acquisition targets/quotas; process measures; door performance objectives; individual sales processes/performance; territory and district processes/performance for the sales organization.
  • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze data, processes and performance.
  • Perform data analyses on datasets to glean insights required to make key business decisions.
  • Leverage cross functional team business knowledge and experience to drive business process improvements.
  • Work with sales leaders in partnership on the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and operational KPIs; delivering regular actionable insights to the business to improve the sales process performance.
  • Liaise with Executive Leadership, Marketing and Sales Management to help guide revenue forecasting and own the analysis processes.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs.
  • Actively work to maintain data integrity in for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support management in business decisions
  • Investigate and evaluate new processes, tools and systems to improve reporting and sales operations
  • Create and maintain sales department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new sales employees
