In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to enhance sales velocity, drive operational efficiency, and ensure accurate forecasting. By implementing data-driven strategies, managing CRM and sales tools, and refining processes, you will empower sales teams to perform at their best. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, design workflows, and maintain pipeline hygiene across enterprise and B2B SaaS environments. The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into tangible improvements, while also serving as a trusted partner for sales leadership and front-line sellers.
