Position Summary: The International Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our global medical device business. This individual will partner closely with regional sales leaders to enhance operational efficiency, improve data-driven decision making, and support revenue growth across our international hardware markets. The ideal candidate has deep experience in sales operations within the medical device or healthcare technology industry, understands the regulatory and logistical complexities of international distribution, and can translate commercial strategy into scalable processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Analytics, ideally in medical device, life sciences, or hardware manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing international sales processes, distributors, and multi-region forecasting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Strong understanding of hardware sales cycles, pricing models, and regulated product logistics.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones, with occasional international travel.
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and EU MDR compliance frameworks.

  • Multilingual proficiency or prior experience managing EMEA, APAC, or LATAM sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning Partner with global and regional sales leaders to develop annual sales plans, quotas, and territory alignments for international hardware sales.
  • Support global forecasting processes, pipeline visibility, and inventory alignment to meet demand while ensuring compliance with regional medical device regulations.
  • Identify market trends, pricing opportunities, and competitive dynamics across international regions.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Streamline and document sales processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across diverse geographies.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored to hardware product sales cycles.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting Build robust reporting frameworks to track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and regional profitability using BI tools (Looker, Fabric, Power BI, etc.).
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven commercial and supply chain decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and alignment between sales and ERP Systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align on demand planning, product launches, and regional pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to align inventory levels and lead times with forecasted international sales.
  • Serve as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and regional field offices/distributors.
  • Systems & Tools Management Oversee CRM governance and ensure full adoption of Salesforce and other commercial tools across all international sales teams.
  • Lead system integrations and workflow automations to improve operational visibility and responsiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with medical device reporting requirements and documentation standards.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
