About The Position
Mid-Cape Home Centers traces its roots back to 1895, and today supplies professional builders, remodelers and homeowners in Massachusetts’ South Shore, Cape Cod and the Islands with lumber and specialty building materials from its six locations in the southern coastal region of Massachusetts. . About the role : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic summer intern to join our field team and gain hands on experience in the building materials industry. Our internship will provide the opportunity to work with us within our field operations team. As a summer intern, you will participate in a paid program with hands on experience to work on real-world projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and develop valuable skills for your future career!
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in an undergraduate degree program
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
- Strong interest in the building materials field
