About The Position

The Sales Operations Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the 2026 corporate strategy. Scope of Projects: The Sales Operations Intern will support projects that improve the usability, adoption, and effectiveness of our CRM tools and processes, including: Assisting with CRM workflow enhancements and process improvements Helping maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and standardization Gathering requirements from sales stakeholders and documenting current processes Testing CRM updates and assisting with rollout and documentation Identifying opportunities to reduce manual steps (“clicks”) and improve user experience Helping connect CRM processes into a more integrated end-to-end flow

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of system integrations and business software tools.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to CRM tools, ERP systems, and business analytics preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business Development, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Candidates that are seeking full-time employment upon graduation are encouraged to apply.
