Internship Job Expectations Are you a motivated self-starter looking to kickstart your career in sales? Breezeline is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team in South Florida. In this role, you won't just be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be a pivotal player in cultivating strategic relationships and expanding our footprint in the local market. You will work closely with our Account Executives to identify, engage, and develop new clients, aligning their needs with our suite of broadband, voice (VOIP), and TV services. This is a hybrid role based out of our Miramar, FL office, offering a blend of professional mentorship and hands-on, in-market experience. We are looking for individuals who are ready to dive in and grow. As an intern, you will: Skill Development: Develop, refine, and enhance sales skills in order to produce revenue. Requirements

  • Hunter Mentality: A strong sales aptitude and a proactive "hunter" style—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or knock on a door.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organization: Strong time management, goal setting, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment and recognize new opportunities as they arise.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record for local travel.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Shadow senior representatives during face-to-face presentations and assist in preparing materials that showcase Breezeline’s communication services to prospective customers.
  • Lead Generation: Support the growth of the sales funnel by identifying potential clients through market research, assisted cold calling, and participation in local community events or trade associations.
  • Market Development: Support the cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations to expand Breezeline’s presence.
  • Client Relations: Act as a liaison for Property Managers and Boards of Directors by documenting service concerns, tracking contract statuses, and coordinating with billing departments for adjustments.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using Salesforce and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Support, and Marketing departments to learn the end-to-end customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless handoff process.
