Reporting to the Director of Finance, this key individual will manage various responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, revenue operations, and process development. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will enhance the processes for Elo by evaluating and organizing multiple data sources, and providing direct support to our Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • At least 4 years of previous experience

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advances degree preferred
  • Possess in-depth working and administrative experience with Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience with Qlikview, SAP, & PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Regional Sales Teams.
  • Serve as key contact person for our Sales Leadership team regarding sales performance (Orders, Sales In/Out, Funnel Forecasting).
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience.
  • Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with the IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value
  • Data governance & entering information into the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Develop customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs
  • Analyze and report on sales KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis (Demand Planning Cycle, Financial & Board reviews).
  • Lead process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
  • Management of new projects & team initiatives (Aligning backlog orders and deliveries by top projects, SDR Lead flow, Elo Elite, Funnel Reviews).
