About The Position
The Finance & Operations Manager oversees financial operations, drives process optimization, and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Business Central), expense management tools such as Ramp, and collaboration across accounting, operations, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial management or operations experience
- Required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central proficiency
- Strong analytical, planning, and financial systems expertise
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Report KPIs at monthly management meetings
- Draft, review, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Maintain organized documentation within Confluence
- Partner with external accounting firm for reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness
- Serve as financial operations point of contact for internal teams
- Manage equity plans and cap table administration using Carta
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Business Central) for financial operations
- Oversee expense management tools (e.g., Ramp)
- Collaborate with suppliers using Ariba, Coupa, and Bill.com invoicing platforms
