About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support Relo Metrics’ go-to-market teams by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining clean and reliable data, and driving process improvements. What You'll be Doing You’ll manage Salesforce and HubSpot administration, support automation design (including AI tools), and provide reporting and analysis to improve performance. You’ll also assist with enablement, training, and special projects that help the business scale. System Administration & Automation: Maintain and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot; design and support workflow automations; troubleshoot issues; support AI-based tools (e.g., AI SDRs). Operational Support: Manage recurring tasks; ensure pipeline data accuracy; build dashboards and reports; assist with weekly sales reporting; coordinate logistics for prospecting events and conferences. Project Management: Support cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and align stakeholders. Enablement & Training: Ensure the Sales team has the latest product updates, case studies, and campaign assets; support onboarding and adoption of best practices. Data & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making. Talent Support: Source and pre-qualify sales candidates; coordinate intro calls with sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Marketing Operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data analysis is a plus.
