Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City. The Role We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help build the foundation of our Revenue Operations organization as we scale. This role will initially report to our VP of Revenue and transition under our Revenue Operations Director. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s ready to take on meaningful ownership and develop quickly within a fast-moving GTM organization. You’ll support core operational processes across our inbound, outbound, and product-led motions. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and collaborates well across teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and insights that keep our sales engine running, while gaining exposure to high-impact, strategic decision-making.
