Tempus is seeking a highly analytical and technically savvy Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our Life Science business. This is not a passive reporting role; we are looking for a builder and a system owner. You will own our critical sales infrastructure (CPQ/DealHub), lead the modernization of our commission process (SPIFF), and partner directly with Finance and General Managers to forecast the health of the business. Hybrid Role - 3 days at Headquarters in Chicago The Ideal Candidate: You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, you love automating manual tasks, and you view AI not as a buzzword, but as a tool to make yourself 10x more efficient.
